1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GlideSync ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Description
GlideSync provides team management software for figure skating coaches, skaters, and parents. The Service includes scheduling, session tracking, announcements, and invoicing features.
3. Free Trial and Subscription
New users receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial period:
- Subscription costs $29 per month
- Supports up to 10 coaches and 30 skaters
- Payment is processed offline via Zelle or Venmo
- Billing is handled manually by our team
4. Manual Deployment
Each team instance is manually deployed within 24 hours of signup. You will be notified when your instance is ready for use.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- We will arrange a time to terminate your team instance
- You will receive a data export of all your information
- No refunds are provided for partial months
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during signup
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to access other users' data
7. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. GlideSync stores your data securely and will provide a complete export upon request or cancellation.
8. Privacy and Security
Your use of GlideSync is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
9. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
GlideSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, scheduling conflicts, or billing errors.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active users of significant changes via email or in-app announcement.
